Brands, PR and review requests
We are happy to look at products, and we buy most of what we test. Before you write, please read the testing policy: we do not accept pre publication approval, guaranteed coverage, embargo terms conditional on tone, or paid placement of any kind. A sample buys nothing except a fair test, and if we do not like it we will say so.
Pitches that ignore the above are not read. Pitches with a spec sheet, a weight in grams for the actual size, and a realistic availability date are read the same day.
Reply times
We read everything. Reader questions usually get an answer within a few days. Corrections are handled first and are typically live within 48 hours.
